All of us believe that our principles of life are absolutely correct, and we keep giving teachings to others as if they are misguided people on the road of life. Then suddenly something happens and all our faith is shattered by one incident, by one logic.who are we actually ?from childhood we are told to follow certain rules, certain customs and traditions which are coming fm generations to generations. and its really contrasting that on one hand human mind is made to think but the whole aim of all other forces is to stop this thinking so that rules dont change and powerful people remain powerful.i was a strong believer of Hindu culture and all dogmas which have creped into it . when i left UP, and my environment changed i realized there is something wrong in our society.one of my friends introduced me to spiritualism and i realized what i was practicing up till now was wrong. our "pooja" as well as religious actions are based on fear and not love for god.
"religion is always a tool in the hand of powerful to fool common people."Napoleon Bonaparte said this and i realized there is definitely some truth about it. all religion is used for is to gain political mileage by creating a rift between innocent humans .but more dangerous then that it stops their power to think to bring changes to their lives and to society. those who are powerful remain so by creating fear of God.
two questions were troubling my mindsome time back: why Ramji my fav god left Sita when she was not wrong at all rather she gave sacrifices for him
and why are UP, Bihar so backward.
though the two questions look completely different one person linked them for me and the ans he gave was quite surprising, but the logic was convincing .he asked me who is lord ram and why is he so good. i accepted i don't like lord Krishna's character but ram was good with his patience , power to stop the evil or, he asked, just to accept all wrongs without asking WHY? why should he leave ayodhya , what will happen to the general public if they loose their able ruler, why should he leave sita if he was convinced that she is pure.i had no answer may be because like all of us he was also taught to accept things as they are and not to question them.
but i accept my faith was questioned and more i try to observe it,i realize that religion is a tool in hand of powerful to create fear in the mind of common folk, to stop their mind from progressing. i know many of u will feel i have gone mad to question about the authority of god but let me tell u that if i accept god it will be due to love and respect for him and not fear.At Haridwar when i refused to pay a pundit a hefty amount he says Ganga ma will give me shrap , uff and i should be worried.
i have seen people reciting prayers and then doing all evil things . its time we look and think we are doing and following all of us are free and we should decide our own fate and not bound by old stigmas. Water movie created a deep impression on me and again made me feel the monetary advantage people thrive from religion
finally i will end with a Gautam Buddha's saying "Listen to everybody but accept what your mind says is logical and follow what your heart says is truth."
i may again be wrong in all this ,but now i accept that others may be right.

Sometimes being agnostic is better than being a blind follower.....from toteism to modern religions of the world, everyone has predominantly served as an obligation, mandatory and awe-inspiring regularly modified systems of society even when the basic difference between the sacred and profane was developed by humans themselves. Its sad that religion in its very essence and form has become a mere tool in the hands of few people......those who sometimes are ignorant about its very content also..
good u used logic instead of being a blind follower of a social system of world and questioned......
